TENDER FOR TOM DAVIES SQUARE
PARIS STREET PARKING RAMP UPGRADES

The City of Greater Sudbury is requesting tenders for upgrades to the Paris Street Parking Ramp at Tom Davies Square.

A MANDATORY Information Site Meeting has been scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 1^st, 2004, in Committee Room C-14, Main Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury. Please be advised that only those bidders who attend this mandatory information site meeting will be allowed to submit a tender.

NOTE: To properly view the specifications and drawings, they should be printed on 11" x 17" paper.

Tenders must be submitted, using the address label-sheet provided, to the City of Greater Sudbury, Supplies & Services Section, Main Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON, P3A 5P3 NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m. (our time), Friday, October 8^th, 2004.

Tenders will be opened the same day at 2:30 p.m., in Room C-14, Main Floor, Tom Davies Square. Following the meeting, results of the tender opening will be posted on the City's website at www.greatersudbury.ca. Click on Tenders & Results.

All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the CGS and prospective vendors MUST BE in written format via email or fax. To facilitate comprehensive responses, proponents are encouraged to email or fax their questions as soon as possible but no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, October 4^th, 2004 to leigh.lesar@greatersudbury.ca or via fax to 705-671-0871. No verbal instructions or verbal information to proponents will be binding on the CGS.
