April 2nd, 2010 - Good Friday:
Household garbage and recycling collection which falls on Good Friday, April 2nd, will be changed to Saturday, April 3rd.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on April 2nd.

April 5th, 2010 - Easter Monday:
Greater Sudbury landfills, recycling centre, garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by the holiday.

May 24th, 2010 - Victoria Day:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Monday, May 24th.

July 1st, 2010 - Canada Day:
Garbage and recycling collection will take place on Thursday, July 1st.  Landfills and recycling centre are also open on July 1st.

August 2nd, 2010 - Civic Holiday:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Monday, August 2nd.

September 6th, 2010 - Labour Day:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Monday, September 6th.

October 11th, 2010 - Thanksgiving:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Monday, October 11th. 

November 11th, 2010 - Remembrance Day:
Garbage and recycling collection will take place on Thursday, November 11th.  Landfills and recycling centre are also open on November 11th.

December 25th, 2010 - Christmas Day:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Saturday, December 25th.

December 26th, 2010 - Boxing Day:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre are closed on Sunday, December 26th.

January 1, 2011 - New Year's Day:
Garbage and recycling collection are unaffected by this holiday.  Landfills and recycling centre will be closed on Saturday, January 1st.
