| Expresses from the downtown Transit Centre are available during the busy periods of the day for students to get to Laurentian University or Cambrian College. If it is neccessary for a express bus to be used, the driver will instruct the passengers that an express will be available and where they can board it. Expresses from Laurentian University or Cambrian College are also available during the busy periods of the day to take you directly to the downtown Transit Centre. These buses have signs displaying School Special, University Express or Cambrian Express. If you require to get off the bus anywhere along the route, please use the regular buses such as the 401-Barrydowne/Cambrian for Cambrian College or 500-University/via Paris for Laurentian University. | |

| A special route 500-University/via Paris has been added. It will depart Algoma Hospital at 6:38am and travel through Laurentian University and arrive downtown for 7:00am. This bus does not go to the bus turnaround on South Bay Road. | |
